JOB ROLE CHANGES AT NATURAL PRODUCTS NZ

Two job role changes have been announced at Natural Products NZ (NPNZ), the industry body representing this country’s natural products, functional foods, complementary medicines, cosmeceuticals and nutraceuticals industries within New Zealand and internationally.

From 1 April NPNZ’s Business Manager Kerry Warn will take on the role of NPNZ’s General Manager and will be responsible for managing the organisation’s day-to-day operations and member support activities including the annual Summit and NPNZ Suppliers Day. Kerry will report directly to the Board. Meanwhile Alison Quesnel, the current Executive Director, will focus on managing NPNZ’s public affairs and government relations activities, as Corporate Affairs Director.

Kerry has worked with NPNZ since 2013 and, over the past year, has been taking on more responsibility as Alison transitions into focussing solely on regulatory and public relations matters.

NPNZ Chairman Ron Geiger thanked Alison for having done an outstanding job of growing NPNZ and advancing its interests during the past four years.

“The Board appreciates Alison’s ongoing involvement with NPNZ and her wealth of industry knowledge and we are pleased to have her continue working with us on vital industry issues. We have also been impressed with Kerry’s input since she joined the organisation and we are looking forward to working more closely with her.”
